Is Walmart open on Thanksgiving? Here’s what to know
With Thanksgiving arriving, many people may find themselves needing a last-minute grocery run — whether they’re traveling to family and friends or hosting dinner at home. While banks and post offices will be closed for the holiday, several grocery, retail and restaurant chains will continue operating, though most with reduced hours.
Walmart will not be an option this year, as the company confirmed to USA TODAY that all Walmart stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Locations will reopen at 6 a.m. local time on Black Friday.
